These terms apply to consumer orders for the paint brushes and light bulbs described in our catalogue. Please read the product details, delivery policy and returns policy before making a request.

Product information and safe selection

Dimensions, cap types, lumen output, power and colour temperature help you choose; check them against your existing fitting or task. Product photographs illustrate the listed construction and may differ slightly in colour on different screens. No image is a guarantee that a bulb will fit your fixture. All listed bulbs are non-dimmable and must not be used with incompatible dimmers. If unsure, consult a competent electrician. Never work on a live fitting.

Making an agreement

The website invites order requests rather than taking immediate paid orders. Submission and the numbered acknowledgement do not form a contract. We explicitly confirm acceptance only after agreeing availability, delivery, final price and any payment arrangements with you. Keep a copy of the accepted details. You may decline an alternative item or revised proposal. We will not make an unagreed charge.

Your rights and our responsibility

Our delivery and returns policies form part of these terms where relevant. Nothing excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. We are responsible for foreseeable loss caused by our breach; we do not exclude the statutory rights you have when goods are faulty or misdescribed. These consumer terms do not provide for resale or trade credit.
