Clear totals, no payment at checkout
All catalogue prices are in pounds sterling. The cart calculates product prices and the stated delivery charge on the server. Displayed consumer prices include applicable taxes. We confirm the final payable amount before you enter a binding contract. There are no card fields, payment gateway or payment collection on this website.
What your request means
Sending an order request records the products, quantities, contact details and delivery address you provide. The numbered acknowledgement confirms receipt of your request, not stock reservation, payment, acceptance or dispatch. We check availability, suitability of the destination and the total, then contact you to discuss confirmation. Do not send card details, bank passwords or other sensitive financial information in any form or email.
Acceptance and corrections
You can change quantities or remove items in the cart and review your details before submission. If you spot a mistake afterwards, contact us with the reference. A contract is formed only when we explicitly accept the agreed order after the final details have been confirmed. If a listed price is an obvious error or an item is unavailable, we explain this and offer a correction or alternative for you to accept or decline; we do not substitute without agreement.
